Terms and conditions

The company First Prestige Paris provides transportation services with drivered Vehicles (VTC), exclusively by reservation and at a predefined price. The head office of First Prestige Paris is located at 8 Ter rue des colverts 91570 Bièvres.

First Prestige Paris is registered in the trade register under the number SIRET 844 407 700 00013 and in the "Registre des Exploitants de Voitures de Transport avec Chauffeur" (REVTC), Energy, and the Sea under the number EVTC091164259.

1 – OBJECT

These General Terms and Conditions aim to define the conditions applicable to transportation service contracts concluded between First Prestige Paris and its clients. By using the services of First Prestige Paris, the Client is presumed to have taken note of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and to have fully accepted them.

2 – FORMATION OF THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE CONTRACT

The Client can make a service request 24/7 on the website www.firstprestigeparis.fr or by telephone at 06 86 32 83 36. The client provides all information concerning their service request. They are solely responsible for this information, of which the following are considered essential to the contract: client's name, email address, phone number, date of transportation service, pick-up location, drop-off location, pick-up time, number of passengers (adult/child), number of bags, nature of the service (transfer, availability). First Prestige Paris sets the price of the service based on the information provided by the Client.

Payment of the price is made by credit card via a secure electronic system. By providing their bank details, the client accepts in advance and without condition that First Prestige Paris will proceed with the secure transaction and authorizes their bank in advance to debit their account for the amount of the service. After confirmation by the Client of their service request and payment of the price, First Prestige Paris sends them, in return, exclusively by email, a reservation voucher summarizing the information related to the service. The client is responsible for verifying the information in the reservation voucher. If First Prestige Paris is unable to send the said reservation voucher by email, the reservation is presumed to be in accordance with the client's request.

3 – RATES

First Prestige Paris sets the price of the service based on the information provided by the Client, with flat rates being prioritized for transfers. The prices indicated in our rates include VAT at the rate set by the current regulations for transportation services (10% for transfers, 20% for availability), driver service, fuel, and unlimited insurance for transported persons, tolls are included in the transportation. Not included in the service are parking fees. In the context of availability, the driver's restaurant and hotel fees are not included.

4 – SETTLEMENT

Accepted payment methods: Cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). Any transportation service by transfer or availability is payable upon order.

5 – RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION

5 – 1 – RESERVATION

Any reservation implies the acceptance without reserve of these general terms and conditions of sale. The client and the service provider undertake to respect all the clauses cited in this contract. No modification can be made to the above conditions except by prior agreement between the parties. This contract would be suspended or canceled by right and without any compensation in all cases recognized as force majeure (event external to First Prestige Paris) such as traffic disruptions, weather conditions, demonstrations, accidents, breakdown or malfunction of telecommunication networks, shortage of labor or materials... The contract is only deemed concluded once the payment of the order is collected. Otherwise, it is null and void by right.

Any reservation of a car with a driver is mandatory and must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the website or at the last minute by telephone according to availability.

Specifics for pick-up at train stations and airports:

  • Upon your arrival, turn on your cell phone.
  • Please note in the "additional information" section when making the reservation the flight or train number.
  • For flights, if you do not have checked baggage, the 15 minutes of waiting included in the ride are generally sufficient. However, if you need to retrieve checked baggage and/or if you are coming from a non-European destination, the time to exit the plane, retrieve the baggage, and any potential security checks require significant delays. To avoid having to pay for waiting, we advise you to add a 30-minute delay.

5 – 2 – CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION

A reservation can be canceled by the client, before the pick-up time indicated in the reservation voucher, by email only to firstprestigeparis@gmail.com:

  • 100% refund if the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the pick-up time.
  • 50% refund if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the pick-up time.
  • 0% refund if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the pick-up time.

Any modification of the contract during the execution of the service may result in an adjustment of the agreed price. The company First Prestige Paris reserves the right to refuse these modifications.

5 – 3 – PRICE INCREASE / DELAY

Any delay of the passenger(s) in relation to the pick-up time indicated in the reservation voucher results in an increase in the price of the service, if the client notifies the driver by telephone at 06 86 32 83 36, according to the following modalities:

  • More than 15 minutes late: 20 euros
  • More than 30 minutes late: 40 euros
  • For each additional half hour of delay: 40 euros

Payment of these increases occurs at the latest at the time of the passenger(s) boarding the vehicle.

Any request for pick-up between 21:00 and 6:00 will be increased by 20%.

In case of the client's absence at the meeting place, beyond the first 15 free minutes, without any manifestation from them, nor response to the driver's phone call, the service will be definitively lost, without the possibility of postponement and without being able to claim any refund.

6 – QUALITY OF SERVICE

The transportation of persons for a fee is a regulated activity. Only authorized vehicles can perform this service and:

  • Equipped with a professional card number issued by the prefecture.
  • Equipped with a registration certificate issued by the Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development, and Energy, Bureau of the organization of road transport of passengers / VTC pole
  • Equipped with a registration sticker affixed to the vehicle's windshield.

First Prestige Paris undertakes to carry out or have carried out the transportation services in accordance with the reservation voucher and in compliance with all current regulations and legislation.

In case of subcontracting, the company First Prestige Paris ensures that the persons and companies it uses meet the same conditions.

7 – RESPONSIBILITIES

First Prestige Paris is guaranteed by a solvent insurance company that covers the risks related to its activity in accordance with the current regulations.

In case of dispute, the responsibility of the company First Prestige Paris can only be retained on the condition that the Client provides proof of faulty behavior by the latter and a causal link with the alleged damage.

The unlimited Multi-risk insurance of the company First Prestige Paris covers the responsibilities related to the company.

The client is responsible for their actions legally and criminally.

7 – 1 – RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT AND THE TRANSPORTED PERSONS

The client undertakes for themselves and for the passengers for whom they have contracted with First Prestige Paris to behave like a good parent from the time of pick-up, in particular, by respecting the driver and the transportation material as well as the following provisions:

  • Compliance with the rules of the Highway Code (wearing a seat belt, child seat, booster seat...),
  • Prohibition of smoking, eating, and transporting dangerous materials. If necessary, your driver will make a stop during the trip.
  • Prohibition of consuming alcohol on board the vehicle,
  • Baggage is accepted and remains the responsibility of the client. The company First Prestige Paris cannot be held responsible in case of damage and/or loss of baggage or electronic devices (phone, tablet, etc.).
  • Any damage to the vehicle, caused by the client, will be entirely at their expense
  • For any other damage resulting in the immobilization of the vehicle: - Billing at actual cost + Immobilization fees + Loss of revenue in turnover over an average of the last 3 months. In case of damage resulting in the cancellation of the following service, a fixed fee of 150.00€ will be applied in addition, payable immediately by credit card...
  • Cleaning in case of vomiting will be charged at 150.00€ TTC in addition to the service payable immediately by credit card.
  • Small domestic animals are accepted, provided they are in a transport cage. Large assistance dogs are admitted.

Non-compliance with these provisions engages the sole responsibility of the client and the passengers both with regard to First Prestige Paris and third parties. The company First Prestige Paris declines all responsibility concerning the actions of its client before and after their transport. First Prestige Paris reserves the right to refuse pick-up, or to disembark, a passenger who does not respect these obligations, as well as an intoxicated passenger.

7 – 2 – COMPLAINTS

Any complaint is only admissible within 5 days of the execution of the transportation service concerned. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts at the head office of the company First Prestige Paris.

8 – AVAILABILITY / TRANSFER

The transfer service begins at the address of the head office of First Prestige Paris and ends upon the client's arrival at the intended address.

8 – 2 – AVAILABILITY

Availability: transportation is limited in mileage within the framework of availability by the hour:

  • 25 kilometers for 1 hour of availability,
  • 125 kilometers for 5 hours of availability.

Any hour started is due in full.
